Tactical Mapping - Project Management
Unlock information in space and time

Projects have a beginning and an end, and are comprised of a series of events. As these events occur, the project becomes closer to completion. Projects are likely to run into challenges along the way. This affects the time line, it might add or change events that need to occur. Some times it changes the scope of the project all together. As a C-Level Executive or manager you want to constantly be aware of your project status and progress. This is how you respond quickly to any challenge that arises.

Managing the activity of projects that slice across your business horizontally, extending into a geographically defined space, can be difficult. You need to see what is happening at all levels simultaneously or quickly switch from view to view. You see what you need to based on who you are (your profile).

A Progress View shows you a snapshot of activity between any two points on your project timeline. While a Status View shows you a quick project status at a particular point in time.

High level views empower your managing ability. An overall view at the corporate level gives you a visual edge. At this level you see corporate progress. Mid views will allow you to tactically adjust activity to ensure a successful completion of the project and so you can see what the various aspects of the project looks like on the ground. You take action rather than reacting. And the lower view which will allow you to see and therefore adjust your tactics, event by event. What types of events? You track events for monitoring, planning, completion, alerts and deployment. This assures you will achieve you goals.
