Overview - What do we do?
We help you organize, find and manage information that may currently be hidden within your organization. We do this over the internet so that you can get to the information anytime, anywhere based on:

User Profile – Who am I?
Theme – What do I want to know?

Organize – Data, information, and work product, by theme and user profile.

Cork Boarding – to organize unstructured data. We automatically populate generic data onto a map using a push pin place holder. This push pin will automaticly inherit centroids from existing data source (entire file structure, shape file, etc). If the data does not lend itself to an automatic process you can pin the data manually to the map with an attach process.

Dynamic Data Integration - Integrate information from many sources so that it can be used in a more powerful way.

    • Linking – organize data/efile to location (GeoReference) and description (tagging)
    • Tagging – supplying the description to the data/efile
    • GeoReferencing – supplying the xy coordinates to data/efile

CAD Ripping - Translate location information from other non typical data systems. We “rip” CAD drawings to extract information. This information is organized into a position database. This is so that drawing text and text location are searchable and easier to find

Tactical Mapping - to track progress of a project or event. Organize based on events, projects, corporate goals

Ease of use - No need for System Operator or software programmer. Easily updated and maintained by regular user. A user has the ability to build complex operations from simple parts. Quickly build the service you want.

Find - by user profile, theme, location and/or text search

Paint information onto a map (any map)

The map becomes the database browser – (get to data and answers directly from the map) you don’t have to go back to other information sources. There is symmetry between your data and your map. Map interacts with data and data interacts with the map so you can easily go back and forth between them.

Not map dependent. Data hovers above the map. Overlay of information on map.

Associate the information to your representative physical environment - use sitemap, AutoCAD drawing, Microsoft Virtual Earth, Google Earth, AutoDesk MapGuide, etc.

Associate the information to your real physical environment - gps coordinates or IP address at the users current location.

User has access to the information that is important to him/her. User and data based themes are indicated by customized icons and push pins.

Collaboration is easy because the information is where it can be viewed and used in a shared environment: anything, anytime, anywhere.

Manage - visually see the answers you need for faster decision making.

    Visualize

Present the answers to your questions visually on the map and in real time so correct and quick decisions can be made!

    Business Intelligence- BI Mapping

Provides a dynamic visualization to help you look at data in a new way. Helps you collect, access, and analyze data in a better way. Group it, arrange it, and give a visual representation that you may not have seen before. The Business Intelligence is what results from this new way of looking at the data. The dynamic view changes whenever you change the data. BI enables you to make better business decisions. We map totally to your BI.

When the amount of data is low you don’t need much help analyzing the information. As the volume of information grows the need for visualization grows. First we used graphs, trends, etc. Now as our information goes across the country or the world we need to visualize it.

The BI is what you walk away with at the end of the day or at the end of the discovery process. We are giving you new ways to do this with your own data. Better and new ways to do it. It is a whole new way to organize and categorize what you are doing.
