Dynamic Data Integration
Unlock the power of your information

Integrate information from virtually any source, including spreadsheets, so that it can be used in a more powerful way.

Linking – organize data/efile to location (GeoReference) and description (tagging)
  • Hard Linking – maintains links to database information by creating an accessible copy of the efile so you can’t break links to data.
  • Soft Linking – creates a directory path to the efile
  • Auto Linking – links a push pin location to a directory of efiles and its sub directories Connecting folder structure to areas on the map (Link field and GeoReference field)
Tagging – supplying the description to the data/efile
  • Manual add Metadata, keywords, identifiers and attributes using forms to unstructured data.
  • Inherited tags automatically from a spreadsheet, database, AutoCAD file, or folder structure. This is automatically added to the push pin (icon)
GeoReferencing – supplying the xy coordinates to data/efile
  • Manual cork boarding
  • Inherited georeference is added automatically from a position database, GIS file, Parcel map, shape file, sitemap or other georeference source. This is automatically added to the push pin (icon)
