Corkboarding
Unlock information without structure

You may have information that is not organized in any particular way. Your assets might also have information associated with them that are not structured within a spreadsheet or database. For example: reports that relate to a project, Adobe PDF documents, photographs, video/audio files, or even hand written documents or drawings (pen based) that have been electronically scanned. We call this information, unstructured data.

We let you attach this information to a map of your project site, city, country or globally. Since you do this in a similar way that you would with push pins on a corkboard or on a map in your office, we call this corkboarding. Your unstructured data is then attached (overlaid) onto a location. All of your efiles can now be designated through their geographical association with your assets.

We give you the ability to turn your facility, site, or geographical area into a virtual corkboard. You define and categorize locations on the map and then attach any electronic file. Each file will inherit push pin properties as well as allow you to add file specific attributes for further identification and search abilities. Your efiles are now searchable by text and location.
