Web Programmer/Developer
Job Duties:
- Creation of new XML static/dynamic pages utilizing new and existing XSL templates.
- Modify existing content and formatting as per product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and modify dynamically-generated data pages.
- Create and modify pages which are cross-browser compatible
- Interfaces closely with product department and engineering team to develop/maintain new and existing web-based applications.
- Participate in product development meetings, technical discussions, code reviews, and project scoping
- Applies AJAX technologies with the company branded web sites
- Builds internal tools using web-efficient technologies, such as Ruby on rails
Job Requirements and Experience:
- 5 + years experience in the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSL
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and ASP.Net for integration of Web Pages into application
- Proficient at one or more of the following graphics applications: PhotoShop, Fireworks, PaintShop Pro.
- Proficient at one of more of the following development applications: IDEA, Dreamweaver, BBEdit, HomeSite, oXygen, XMLSpy
- Familiar with industry-standard UI design methods and best practices.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on multiple projects in a fast-paced development environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Excellent communications skills (oral, written, and presentation) in English.
- Experience with AJAX.
- Ruby/ASP/Flash experience a plus, but not required.
Controller
We seek an experienced hands-on Controller to build and oversee our Financial Department. Candidates with service industry backgrounds preferred.
Duties:
- Oversee Payroll, Taxes, Unemployment and Worker’s Compensation issues.
- Prepare Financial Statements.
- Prepare/Manage Budgets.
- Perform Sales and Revenue Analysis.
- Manage/Lead/Train Accounting staff.
- Manage Cash Receipts/Account Reconciliations.
- Oversee Cash Flows.
- Manage Banking/CPA’s Relationships.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5-10 years Accounting Experience.
- 2+ years Management Experience.
- Knowledge of Quick Books Accounting System a plus.
- Detail Oriented/Self-Motivated and Ability to Multi-Task.
- Strong Oral/Written and Presentation Skills.
Executive Secretary
We seek a qualified and energetic Executive Secretary to join our corporate team. Responsibilities will include prior experience in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, Microsoft Office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. This person must like working in a fast paced environment and be able to deal with various departmental heads.
Executive secretary will assist the CEO, and assist other managers with various tasks. This is a very prestigious position, and candidates must be very well spoken and polished. Qualified candidates must have supported a CEO previously, must have 4-6 years experience.
